The Company

Tellus Holdings Ltd (‘Tellus’) is an innovative environmental services business focused on cleaning up Australia of its hazardous waste. We aim to do this by developing world-class geological repositories and reinvesting in our communities through a circular economy and recycling technologies. Tellus has recently opened Australia’s first commercial geological repository in remote WA and has several other geological repository and circular economy projects in the pipeline.

In this newly created role, the Sales Support Coordinator will actively support the Sales & Development team, primarily by ensuring that customer details and records are kept up to date in the SAP and CRM systems, bids, proposals, and documents are centrally managed and aligned to brand guidelines, support the development of marketing, sales material, and event coordination and key liaison with Finance on DSO, and credit applications, supporting requests from the Senior Management team.

Primary Responsibilities

The duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following;

  • Management and oversight of Company CRM platform, including data integrity, weekly reporting and provide insight into success factors
  • Provide support for Customer pricing, Bidding, and information relevant for their sector
  • Provide active support for Customer onboarding, including working with Sales managers, finance, and other key departments to ensure compliance to internal standards
  • Act as focal point for non-priority customers
  • Daily liaison with Key staff (Sales & operations) on customer enquiries
  • Support project development / program management
  • Supporting external campaigns and events
  • Supporting the development of “go to market material”
  • Coordination of external services

Core Job Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years’ similar experience supporting sales team
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with CRM Systems (Sales force, Dynamics)
  • Experience working cross functionally, with influence to achieve desired outcomes
  • Customer service focused, and able to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent time management skills, including working on multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experienced using CRM systems, including data entry and reporting functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Fitness for work based (satisfactory outcome to a pre-employment medical examination)
  • Satisfactory outcome to a national criminal history record check

Desirable

  • Experience working with Dispersed sales teams
  • Experience working with internal departments (finance, operations)
  • Experience working in Waste, recycling, or other industrial services
  • Experience working in customer facing roles

Qualifications

    • Current unrestricted drivers’ licence
