Tellus advances operational readiness with expanding team

Tellus Holdings Ltd (Tellus) is pleased to advise that the Company has appointed a new General Counsel and Company Secretary and is advancing operational readiness with the appointment of subject matter experts, specialists and functional personnel across the company.

Tellus’ proactive approach to the recruitment of industry experienced specialists is ensuring the company is prepared for the commencement of operations at the Sandy Ridge Facility. The 100% owned Sandy Ridge project is being developed with stage one enabling works construction underway. Sufficient resourcing during the development phase allows for specialised site-specific recruitment and training. Tellus will have a highly skilled and motivated workforce ready for the first operations in 2020.

Tellus has made key appointments within the senior leadership team with the introduction of:

Nathaniel Smith
General Counsel / Company Secretary

Mr Smith is an experienced lawyer having practised across the globe in a wide range of legal areas and industries. Prior to joining Tellus, Mr Smith was a Vice President and senior counsel for UPS (USA), where he led the legal teams for global M&A, compliance, strategy and several other business functions. Mr Smith has also held acting corporate secretary roles. Before moving in-house, Mr Smith worked for the global law firms Sullivan & Cromwell and Latham & Watkins. Mr Smith was appointed as Company Secretary effective from 17th July 2019.

Ms Corrinne Zuchetti
Senior HR Manager

With more than 10 years’ senior level and specialist human resources experience across both white and blue-collar environments, Ms Zuchetti integrates a wealth of knowledge to the HR strategy at Tellus.
