The Company

Tellus Holdings Ltd (‘Tellus’) is an innovative environmental services business focused on cleaning up Australia of its hazardous waste. We aim to do this by developing world-class geological repositories and reinvesting in our communities through a circular economy and recycling technologies. Tellus has recently opened Australia’s first commercial geological repository in remote WA and has several other geological repository and circular economy projects in the pipeline.

The Opportunity

Based in our Sydney CBD office, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant wanting to support a dynamic, highly successful and supportive CEO (and also the Executive team), ensuring the efficient and smooth running of their day. We are a young, growing company with a mature outlook: everything we do must be about trust, integrity, service and excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Executive Assistant who is able to expertly navigate a corporate environment and board. Must hold strong administrative experience and be seeking a challenging, interesting support role within a fast-paced office environment, plus willing and able to do some inter-state travel from time to time.

This is a role that requires an individual to bring a “can do” attitude to a dynamic, high performance team.

About you

Your expertise, experience and temperament should include as follows:

  • Board exposure experience – large corporate experience/ASX listed (preferred)
  • Ability to uphold the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
  • Alignment with our culture of passion for our business and people, trust, reliability, respect and excellence
  • A warm, engaging personality, with a high EQ
  • Solutions focus and proactive, can-do attitude, with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to resolve problems and create a positive influence
  • Critical thinker
  • Mature, responsible approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Polished, dynamic presentation and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong business acumen, high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, and to assist the CEO in identifying key communication for action
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills across Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • IT-savvy
  • Legal EA/secretary or paralegal background will be well regarded
  • Satisfactory outcome to a pre-employment medical examination
  • Satisfactory outcome to a national criminal history record check
  • Right to work in Australia
