- Tellus receives Notice of Proposed Grant for ML30612
- Another major regulatory milestone achieved
Tellus Holdings Ltd (“Tellus”) is pleased to announce that the Mineral Lease Application for the Chandler Project MLA30612 has been provided with a Notice of Proposed Grant on the 3rd June 2015.
The notice has been published in the Centralian Advocate, Northern Territory News and Koori Mail. Details are also available on the Tellus website.
The notification is a statutory event that provides Native Title parties, landholders and other persons a timeframe for formal process to take place.
“The notice of proposed grant is another milestone on the project regulatory approval pathway,” said Managing Director Duncan van der Merwe. “We encourage interested parties to view the notice details on the Tellus website: www.tellusholdings.com.au.”
Tellus is currently completing a number of baseline studies required for its Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). When the EIS is lodged there will be opportunity for interested parties to provide formal feedback.
