Key points:

  • All resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting were approved.

Tellus Holdings Ltd (Tellus and/or the Company) is pleased to advise that all resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting were approved. Resolution 5 was withdrawn as Mr Brett Boynton, who retired by rotation, decided not to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting and therefore the resolution was not put to shareholders.

The Chairman acknowledged Mr Boynton’s significant contribution to the Company since its inception to this stage of the Company’s development.

Tellus is also pleased to provide the Managing Director’s presentation which was delivered at the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
