Retirement of Non-Executive Director
Today, Tellus Holdings Ltd (“Tellus”) announces that Non-Executive Director, Ross Love, has retired from the Board due to his other personal and work commitments, which will have him spending considerable time overseas. His retirement takes effect immediately.
Ross has been a Non-Executive Director since February 2022 and served as the Chair of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
Commenting on Ross’s retirement from the Board of Tellus, Tellus Chair, Ken Kanofski said: “On behalf of Tellus, I would like to thank Ross for his substantial contribution to Tellus.”
The Board of Tellus will be appointing a recruitment consultant to assist with filling several vacancies on the Tellus Board, with preference being given to candidates with relevant industry experience. The Board has also appointed a remuneration consultant to review Non-Executive Director remuneration and the related Non-Executive Director remuneration cap. Following this review, if any changes to the Non-Executive Director remuneration cap are considered appropriate by the Board of Tellus, these changes will be put to shareholder vote at the annual general meeting in November 2023.
